Shipping Policy

At Chef’s Choice, we partner with Fastway Couriers to deliver our high-quality kitchenware from our Gezina warehouse straight to your door.

1. Order Processing Time

Please note that it takes time to carefully inspect and pack your kitchenware and appliances.

Processing Time: All orders may take up to 3 working days to process, pack, and prepare for courier collection.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the following working day.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on Fastway’s delivery zones. Your rate will be applied at checkout:

Free Shipping: Orders over R1,500 qualify for FREE standard shipping nationwide.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been collected by the courier after our 3-day processing period:

Standard Shipping: Can take up to 7 working days to reach your destination, depending on your location.
Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a Fastway Tracking Number. You can monitor your parcel's progress at www.fastway.co.za.

5. Collection (Gezina, Pretoria)

If you would like to avoid shipping costs, you can select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 16:00.
Notification: Please wait for an "Order Ready for Collection" email before arriving at the warehouse.

6. Fragile & Heavy Items

Because pots and appliances are often heavy or fragile, we use reinforced packaging. Please inspect your delivery immediately. If the packaging arrives severely damaged, please note this with the courier driver or contact us within 48 hours at support@chefschoice.co.za.
