This website is operated by Chef’s Choice. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chef’s Choice. By visiting our site and/or purchasing kitchenware from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our pots, utensils, and appliances as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If charged, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may include orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and dispatched from our Gezina warehouse.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. While we aim for a 3-day processing time and a 7-day delivery window, these are estimates and not guarantees. Chef’s Choice is not liable for delays caused by our third-party courier, Fastway.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy governs all returns. For hygiene reasons, used kitchenware cannot be returned. Defective appliances will be handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chef’s Choice shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries from sharp knives, burns from cookware, or electrical malfunctions of appliances used incorrectly. It is the user's responsibility to follow all manufacturer safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Chef’s Choice and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Pretoria.
